On receipt of the information, AIWA will assess your request, check availability of interpreters and contact you to confirm your booking. You will receive a tax invoice by mail once the job is completed.

Please Note: A fee will be charged for cancellation of assignments within 24 hours of commencement. For assignments up to a full day in length, the total amount is charged. For longer assignments, one third of the total amount is charged.

Should any irregularities in the interpreter’s performance occur please notify the Kimberley Interpreting Service immediately.

* In case of a cancellation within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged.
