AIWA is committed to creating understanding between Western Australian Aboriginal Language speakers and others. We offer a professional service and engage trained interpreters who are committed to the AUSIT Code of Ethics.

We cannot guarantee that we will have an interpreter available at a specific time and place but with appropriate notice (two days) we will secure the best possible interpreter for each assignment. We will always work hard to meet urgent needs.

AIWA interpreters are located throughout the State and we will always endeavour to secure an interpreter who is local to an assignment.

In some circumstances service may be provided by telephone or video conferencing. Standard fees will apply.
